Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Support the preparation of tax filings, audits, and statutory reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial data analysis.
Coordinate with senior accountants and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or prior accounting experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind AS).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
