Reghu is a MBA(Finance) graduate and a graduate in Commerce from University of Kerala and has completed his Chartered Accountancy articleship with an affiliate of EY in Kerala.

Reghu is a highly experienced finance and accounting professional, having more than 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting & book keeping, financial management, auditing & taxation, banking & budgeting activities, cash management and people management.
His journey in finance and accounting has taken him to various countries in the Middle East and with corporates in diversified sectors like paper manufacturing, trading and retail, EPC/contracting, FMCG etc.
Reghu’s expertise includes identifying, evaluating and establishing robust accounting and business processes for GSTserve’s clients. Reghu has overall responsibility on service delivery and manages and advises GSTserve’s executives on engagement specific approaches and, on a case by case basis, provides an additional layer of review on client engagements to ensure quality of services.

Sindhu is a Chemistry graduate from the Mahatma Gandhi University (Kerala) with more than 24 years of experience in audit and accounts.

Vivek has 28 years’ experience in the realm of assurance, risk management and corporate finance advisory services and, also has CXO level experience with corporates, predominantly in the financial services sector.
Vivek has been recognized for building efficiencies in business processes, advising on sustainable business models, and thus helping the organization achieve its stated goals in growth and rapid turnaround environments.
He was chosen as the Risk Manager of the Year at the maiden India Risk Manager Awards conducted by ET Now and ICICI Lombard in March 2014.
